Clipper Mill Alternative 32 duplex Site Plan

Here is the landscape concept of the proposed duplexes for this phase of the project. Struever Bros. is taking this to the City Planning Commission on Dec. 7th, 2006. Please email us with your comments.

Phase Two is when the majority of the residential development will take place. This will include:

38 duplex homes next to Druid Hill Park. This is a maximum number, there are some lots available as single family lots, so the number might get a little lower.

29 Condo Townhouses in the Tractor building, or office use, or a mixed use
