Greenspring Trails

Greenspring Trails is a tiny part of Woodberry, composed of just eight houses. This quaint cloister was built in the 40's and 50's as one of Baltimore's first suburban development. The houses are all single family homes surrounded by woods and open space. The people who live here value their wooded neighborhood and are working hard to preserve the rural look of their neighborhood through neighborhood planning. This is an area you have to see to believe! |

| Greenspring Trails is located off Greenspring Ave. just below Cold Spring lane. If you are travelling south on Greenspring Ave from Coldspring Lane, look to your left for Derby and Gordon Road. This will lead you back into Greenspring Trails. |
