| The Jones Falls Valley master plan or vision statement is a report created by a committee of the following groups:
Baltimore Development Corporation- Baltimore Zoo- Greater Homewood Community Association- Jones Falls Watershed Association- MTA- Parks and People- Struever Bros., Eccles and Rouse. | The plan is comprised of many ideas that affect areas from Druid Hill park, Woodberry, Hampden, Remington, Cylburn, Mt Washington, and many other communities in the valley. Some proposals, like redeveloping unused buildings, are universally agreed upon, however, there are many other controversial proposals, like the construction of Loyola's "field of dreams" on 71 acres of open area, or the construction of houses in Druid Hill park. | |||||||||||||
