*Forum (indoor arena)- 5000-6000 seats, 1 level underground parking 220 cars, to be built over oldest dump

*Parking (next to Forum)- 125 cars-also built over oldest dump

*6 Tennis courts-to be built over Coldspring landfill

Parking (north of stadium) 250 cars, to be built over woodberry quarry landfill

Athletic complex- 6000 seats with home game field-homefield is over landfill

Track and Turf (real grass) practice field-also built over newest landfill

Detention pond

Synthetic Practice field

Parking (south of Stadium)- 80 cars

*Note- City Council recently amended Loyola's bills, requiring Loyola to come back at a later date to get approval for Phase B. The current bills in City Council have been amended to not include Phase B, because Loyola hadn't done enough design work to warrant City Council's approval to build directly over an unregulated landfill at this point.
